Abstract
In Chapter 1 of our study, we described an alternative perspective on teachers’ work lives as agents of change in their own schools. This perspective calls for an additional responsibility for teachers who would be interested in an opportunity to contribute directly to the organizational aspects of their school. Several of these aspects have been identified within the 20 school responsibilities in our Principal and Teacher Questionnaires.
