Abstract
Chapter 6 provides practical insights in support of each of the chapters in Part II of the book in the form of referenced videos produced by the GULL Global Support Team that are freely accessible from the GULL website (www.gullonline.org/book). Each video consists of comments and reflections on the lifelong action learning (LAL) process by GULL participants, indigenous system developers and analysts.
