Abstract

Central to the theme in Chapter 5, was to convey the ideas and beliefs of principals’ initial thoughts pertaining to the relevance of their participation in professional development delivered through the formation of the Administrators’ PLC. Findings of principals changed perceptions were included in the chapter. The chapter was concluded with a discussion which highlighted the implications that changed principal perceptions had for both the principal participants and the central office.
