Abstract

In this chapter we will share our reflections on the part our parents and grandparents played in shaping our present role in parenting two generations. We wish to honour our generations past for the legacy gifts we have received and are now passing on to our grandchildren. It is through this reflection that we have discovered the immeasurable value of the legacy of generations past that births the hope of generations to come.
