Abstract

In the research literature, we can frequently find the term ‘power-over’, which may be associated with the relationship between science teachers and their students or between science education researchers and their research participants. If we take the stance advocated throughout this book, then power, as any other social fact, is not some thing out there, existing independently of what we do. Rather, it itself is an endogenously produced order.
