Abstract
According to Muriel Bebeau and her colleagues (1999), moral sensitivity is about the awareness of how our actions affect other people. Thus, without moral sensitivity it is difficult to see what kind of moral issues are involved in everyday life. However, to respond to a situation in a moral way, a person must be able to perceive and interpret events in a ways that leads to ethical action. Ethically sensitive person notes various situational cues and is able to visualize several alternative actions in response to that situation.
