Abstract
In this chapter I articulate my endeavor to deconstruct the policy of integrazione scolastica by identifying cultural and systemic barriers that emerge from the analysis of empirical data and policy documents. In the first section, I investigate how discourses can be used as data to investigate current principles and practice of integrazione scolastica.
