Abstract

This chapter summarizes and recapitulates what is considered in the book. The analysis begins with a concise verbal description of the object’s behaviour based on all available information concerning it. From that follows a schematic representation of the main transitions of the object from one state to another. The schemes are translated into equations or systems of equations which are solved and presented graphically using the corresponding software. The software is also helpful in model verification. Modeling and model verification are considered in detail in Part I, Chaps. 2 and 3. Specific cases are analyzed in Part II, Chaps. 4–7. Strictly speaking, the chapters comprising Part III do not deal with the temporal processes but are related to them and the approaches and results obtained are necessary elsewhere.
