Abstract
According to König’s classification the second stage of haemophilic arthropathy is panarthritis. The picture is characterized by changes in the synovial membrane, articular capsule, articular cartilage and in the juxtaarticular areas of the bone. The disease affects the tissues of the joints in various sites and by various mechanisms. This explains the extraordinary richness, complexity, and often individual divergence of the radiomorphology of this condition.
