Certain Criteria for Application to Large-Scale Irrigation Projects in the Developing Countries

Abstract

It might be asked what prompts me to discuss so significant and also so debateable a topic as criteria considered to be useful in assessing the prospects for the developing of large-scale projects depending upon the control of rivers and aimed, in part, at the provision of water for irrigation, power and other needs.
