The Pari-Passu Law

In Section 5f we defined the term passus coefficient. A pari-passu law is a production law in which the passus coefficient is equal to 1 for every factor combination. Thus with the pari-passu law we have as per definition the identity
$$\varepsilon = 1$$
, for all values of v 1, ..., v n.
