Abstract
It is certainly not new that the rate of human reproduction has become a dangerous problem. Overpopulation has always led groups and whole peoples into risky wanderings and local wars. What is new, however, is that even a regional reproduction of too high a rate has become a dangerous world problem; dangerous not only for the whole world of humanity simultaneously, but even for all living beings and perhaps for life itself on our globe.
