Abstract

The Ad hoc Intergovernmental Group to consider means of combating all aspects of maritime fraud, including piracy;

An UNCTAD Ad Hoc Intergovernmental Group met in Geneva from 6 to 27 February 1984, to examine legal measures of combating maritime fraud and piracy. Although IMO has pursued its work, YML reproduces the UNCTAD Resolution.
