Abstract
In this part of my work I make an attempt, under consideration of the theoretical discussions contained in Part One, and of the general, historical development tendencies, the laws and social conditions of the world economy, to present a comprehensive picture (a) of the main forces and development tendencies working in the post-Second World War period; (b) of the means and methods by which countries belonging to different groupings have adjusted themselves to the new requirements of the world economy; (c) and, finally, of some of the most important lessons that can be drawn from the present state and prospective development of the world economy for long-term planning in general, and in the CMEA countries in particular.
