Abstract
As defined by official documents, the NSR is bounded on the west by the western entrances to the Novaya Zemlya straits and the meridian running north through the Mys Zhelanya Cape, and to the east (in the Bering (Beringov) Strait) — by the parallel 66° N and the meridian 168° 58’ W.
