Abstract

Complex studies on subinversional stratiform clouds over an industrial area of the city Zaporozhye and outside it (the Ukraine) have made it possible to analyze major differences between dirty (polluted) and relatively clean clouds over a rural area and the Black Sea /1–3/. The impact of anthropogenic aerosols and condensation nuclei is manifested through different size distributions of cloud particles and changes in their optical properties.
