Abstract
This monograph presents the general theory of diverse and sometimes enigmatic nonlinear effects which take place in open nonequilibrium systems of different nature. Since most of the real-life phenomena occur in systems of this kind, we believe that this unique approach broadens our knowledge of the fundamental laws of nature.
