Abstract

Two-way shape memory effect obtained by using the combined loading training were experimentally investigated by applying the combined load of axial force and torque to the thin-walled tubular specimen of Cu-based shape memory alloy (SMA). Some fundamental and unique behaviors are shown and discussed in this paper.
