Abstract

In this chapter three case studies are discussed that are concerned with knowledge-sharing within ‘communities’. The case studies originate from Stork, Unilever and the Ministry of Housing, Spatial Planning and the Environment in the Netherlands (Ministry of Housing). In different ways and for various reasons the organizations show how knowledge-sharing takes place within communities to bring about knowledge development and how this can be structured.
