Abstract

Rapid growing population and development of mining industry needs more and more land, while there is no possibility for any commensurate increase of total land area over the earth. Now the world is facing a situation where there is no option of leaving any land unutilized or as a wasteland. The land resources on the earth are being used and abused by nature and human-being so much so that major part of it has now been turned into waste land.
