Abstract
The necessity of a study on a Quality Label arise within the framework of EUROPRACTICE — TBPS, in order to increase the added value of European-level electronic training course brokerage. Quality Labelling (QL) concept, difficulties and limitation comes from the fact that training services addresses both the trainers and the trainees. The methodology employed was first to study the present time impact of quality assessments (such as ISO) through a survey, then to develop criteria and procedure for a TBPS QL service and finally to do field test.
