Do-Not-Resuscitate Orders: Questions and Answers for Health Care Professionals
This pamphlet states and answers questions posed by health care professionals since the do not resuscitate (DNR) law and implementing Department of Health regulations took effect in 1988. The DNR law is Article 29-B of the Public Health Law. The regulations can be found at Section 405.43 of Title 10 of the Codes, Rules and Regulations of the State of New York.
