Abstract

In this paper, we consider the subjectivist approach to the revision of belief particularly as it relates to the foundations and practice of statistics. There is much misunderstanding as to the meaning of subjectivism. Therefore, we shall focus our discussion on the subjectivist attitude. (Technical details and applications may be found in the references to this paper.)
