Abstract
In the day-by-day world of organizational life, students have little time for reflection on what they are about in terms of demands, pressures, tasks and responsibilities. Almost constantly, students are confronted with minor problems demanding quick decisions but usually with symptoms of problems that necessitate a systematic approach to resolution.
