Abstract
Molecular Spectral Line Surveys have been made in several molecular clouds : Orion KL (Johansson et al. 1984; Sutton et al. 1985; Blake et al. 1986), Sgr B2 (Cummins et al. 1986) and IRC+10216. These surveys have provided important informations on the abundance of molecules and on the excitation of molecules which are necessary to understand interstellar chemistry by comparing with the prediction from the ion-molecule reaction theory.
