Abstract
This report describes preliminary tests of a 205 GHz SIS receiver using Pb-alloy and NbN junctions in a waveguide mixer mount. Double sideband receiver noise temperature as low as 113 K has been measured with a Pb-alloy junction operated at a physical temperature of 4.2 K.
