Le Code de Commerce (Loi No. 556 du 25 juin 1850) traitait de l’arbitrage obligatoire dans plusieurs articles dispersés (art. 245, 294, 302 par. 5, 348, 736, 739, 750, 846). Cet arbitrage obligatoire aussi que l’arbitrage volontaire a été réglé par les articles 411–475 du Règlement 737 du 25 novembre 1850.
Abstract
The Code of Commerce (Law No. 556 of June 25th 1850) considered compulsory arbitration in various dispersed prescriptions (articles 245, 294, 302 par. 5, 348, 736, 739, 750, 846). This compulsory arbitration, together with the voluntary arbitration was regulated by the articles 411–475 of Regulation 737 of November 25th 1850.
