Abstract

For the investigation of meiosis in Hevea brasiliensis Muell. Arg. three clones, which were in every respect normal, were selected from the observation collection of the „West Java“Experimental Station at Buitenzorg. Two of them, BR1 and BR2 are of Sumatra origin being obtained from the Bogor Redjoh estate in South Sumatra. The third, Tjir. I is one of the best known clones in Java and has originally been found at the rubber-estate Tjirandji.
