God as Finite and Imperfect: Worshipworthiness



It is commonly argued that one way of avoiding the problem of evil is to contend that God is finite, imperfect either in respect of power or goodness. Here it will be argued that this may be but need not be the case, that whether or not problems resulting from evil arise for an exponent of this form of theism depends on the details of the account given of God’s power and goodness, and on the nature and extent of actual evil.
