Abstract
The discussions in this workshop concerned three main topics:

Psychological aspects of the normal development of climacteric women.

Psychopathology of the climacterium.

(3)
Some aspects of patient management and therapy, in particular the effects of oestrogen therapy on psychological well-being and functioning.
