Abstract
The debater who wishes to contribute in bringing a pre-advice up for discussion, will sometimes be in doubt as to whether he shall direct his critical remarks against a few passages in the argument, or whether he shall point out some gap or other. The one as much as the other may easily give rise to mere carping.
