Abstract
Following is a description of the current Twin Cities health care marketplace, with special reference to the presence of alternate delivery systems, and speculation as to the future health care system which may evolve in the Twin Cities. Hopefully, this discussion will provide insights which will influence the development of new approaches in other parts of the country.
