Abstract
Skin lesions are often the most noticeable accompaniment to infectious diseases, and diagnosis of the common three childhood infectious diseases which are associated with a rash — measles, rubella (German measles) and chickenpox — is relatively easy. Points of particular value in differential diagnosis are in italics.
