Abstract

Just as you can evaluate a training project or a teacher training program, you can also evaluate your evaluations of those enterprises. In fact, if evaluators are going to “practice what they preach,” this becomes mandatory. Meta-evaluation can often be done along with your “regular” evaluation activities to help make them better. It can also be done while you are evaluating or after you have finished the regular evaluation to give you and others an idea of how well things turned out.
