Abstract
The value of the pattern reversal visual evoked potentiail (VEP) has already been well documented in neurodiagnostics, especially in demyelinating diseases1–10. Halliday and his co-workers have suggested that for clinical diagnosis the earliest and most convincing evidence, the prolongation of P100 latency in pattern reversal stimulation is a good criterion for multiple sclerosis even in early stages of the disease.
