Abstract

The standard correlations for saturated hydrocarbons are well established, and no new ones of major importance are now likely to come to light. Interest has therefore been concentrated either on the extension of the existing data and the development of specialized correlations for more limited situations or on the general improvement of our understanding of the underlying principles on which the correlations themselves are based.
