Abstract
Fluosol®-43 was used to maintain the oxygen supply to the tissue. It is a perfluorotributylamine (FC-43) emulsion with an average particle diameter of 0.085µm. To furnish the emulsion with physiological osmolarity, oncotic pressure and buffer capacity, the addition of hypertonic modified Ringer’s solution and human serum albumin is necessary.
