Abstract
A satisfactory result is usually obtained in patients who have survived resection of coarctation of the aorta. However, in some patients, obstruction may recur and require reoperation. We will examine this problem utilizing the experience of the Thoracic Unit, The Hospital for Sick Children, Great Ormond Street, during the years 1953–1975.
