Abstract
The complex problem of teenage pregnancy continues to be of significant concern to medical and mental health professionals, educators, and policymakers at national and state levels for very good reasons. Pregnancy triggers a series of events which bear serious consequences for the youngster and her offspring from a medical, psychological, and sociological point of view.
