Abstract
All the Clawed [or True] lobsters mentioned in this book belong to the family Nephropidae. Those assigned to the genus Hornarus are often termed homarid lobsters whereas those belonging to other genera, particularly Nephrops and Metanephrops are usually cited as nephropid lobsters.
