Formulation of Microbial Herbicides

  • Chapter
Formulation of Microbial Biopesticides

Abstract

In his recent review, TeBeest (1996) points out that ‘the science of using plant pathogens to control weeds is almost as old as the science of plant pathology’, and cites references showing continuous effort in biological control of weeds from about 1890. Regrettably, most of the references report failures.
