Abstract

Recently there has been observed a change of the priorities of the most complicated problems in modern nuclear energetics. Though the problem of nuclear energetics safety is still acute, today specialists have got no doubts that, from technical point of view, it is possible to achieve an acceptable level of safety using the known methods and applying reasonable economical limitations.
