Abstract

At present, an ecological situation is commonly determined as a state of habitat and environment, where a disturbance of the existent dynamic equilibrium can cause an aggravation of the vital activity and functioning the existent ecosystems. The air, terrestrial, subterranean, coastal, deep sea ecosystems and territories intended for the nuclear and radiation hazardous works are exposed while functioning and utilizing the nuclear powered ships and radioactive wastes handling.
