Abstract
The photosystem I (PSI) complex is comprised of 11-17 different polypeptide subunits. PSI-E and PSI-G both have a molecular mass of 10.8kDa and are both nuclear encoded. PSI-E is an extrinsic subunit localised on the stromal side of the PSI complex whilst PSI-G is an intrinsic subunit.
