Overview of Dietary Recommendations on Diet and Cancer

Abstract

The factors that determine the selection of the food we eat are not very well defined. However, as a starting point, we can assume that from the very beginning human food selection relied mainly on the food availability provided by the natural ecologic system and also on biological and sociocultural factors represented in Figure 1.
