Abstract
This paper provides information on Chlorine Mitigation Tests, conducted at the Department of Energy, Nevada Test Site in June 1990, by Dow Chemical USA. Typical audiences include Producers and Distributors of Chlorine, and Emergency Response Personnel. A twelve minute video has been made to assist in emergency response training. Copies are available from The Chlorine Institute, Washington DC.
