Abstract
Investigation of space-time plankton distribution in the seas and oceans is one of the main tasks in solving the problem of ocean bioresources utilization. Numerous observations and fishery show that frontal and shelf zones are the most productive. However, answering the questions concerning place, time and a number of objects as well as attempting to make long-term predictions one should carry out complex and detailed investigation of the frontal zones and oceanic circulations related to them.
