  • Chapter
Combustings Flow Diagnostics

Part of the book series: NATO ASI Series ((NSSE,volume 207))

Abstract

The paper is concerned with advances in quasi-elastic light scattering theory (generalized Lorenz-Mie theory) and applications to optical sizing and diagnosis. Three measurement techniques are discussed: top-hat beam technique, visible infra-red double extinction technique, and quasi-elastic light scattering spectroscopy.
