Abstract

We are working to improve the performance of the manufacturer, to satisfy the customer better and create a long-term basis for business. Currently the customers are in focus for definition and development of the products that are to be used by themselves. This is one outcome from a stronger competitive market situation. The change has put pressure not only on the manufacturer, but also on the customer.
