Abstract
After checking each day that the basic settings, as specified either in the contract or as a result of field parameter tests, of the recording instrument are correct the birddog usually can assume that they will remain constant for the rest of the day, unless some extra tests have been made. However, as was mentioned in the previous chapter, some flexible parameters need to be watched.
